    I love it here a lot of my friends live here too so it’s a lot of fun. The apartments are very nice and the rooms are actually a very good size. Only thing is maintenance is somewhat slow even if it’s high priority

    Very comforting I really enjoy living here near everyone and everything plus it has a lot of transportation options. I would totally suggest a guess parking area because parking on the street can be very stressful

    I love it here even though we’re across the street from a Frat house there is no real problem besides parking on the weekends. I don’t kno how to work in A/C in the living room but I will learn

    I like this place. It's very close to the UTK campus. It has been a quiet place, cozy, and the staff has been very nice. I didn't notice much noise. The appliances work well. Maintenance is a bit slow, but it's a good place.

    It’s been a great experience, the staff are very helpful! The apartment was clean and didn’t have a ton wrong with it. Other than a lightbulb not working, and the water running hot.

    I have enjoyed my experience living at Highland Terrace so far. The apartment was nicer than I expected. We have contacted maintenance once and they were easy to work with. My only complaint is that I can hear noises outside quite clearly from inside of the apartment.

    I like living here! The apartment is nice and clean, but the water pressure is awful. Sometimes it takes a minute for the shower to run because the pressure is so low.

    I really enjoy living here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The outside is also very clean. They do a wonderful job of keeping the proprieties looking nice. I also think the upgrades for the appliances were amazing. It is nice to have everything brand new and not so outdated. Overall it has been a wonderful experience so far.
