December 18, 2025I have been living at Highland Terrace Apartments since August 2024, and my experience has been very positive. One thing I truly appreciate is how quick and responsive the management team is. Any concerns or maintenance requests are addressed promptly, which makes living here stress-free. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable living environment. The staff at the management office are super friendly and make you feel right at home. Terrace 4 Resident - College Student
December 5, 2025Highland communities staff is great and always very friendly. Good website site and App to use for communication with the staff. Location of the apartment (Terrace 4) is on the far end of the Fort area but walking distance to the UTK campus or bus for students. As most places we have had random issues over the last two years, but everyone has been resolved in a timely manner with professionalism.
