Great Management and Staff
May 12, 2022Now this is a review well deserved. Not only is Angela great managing her staff and the apartment, this lady gets down and dirty, literally. She has been working outside around the building as well. She is the epitome of what a real manager is about. She really cares about Highland Towers, and the residents, both she and her staff. ROCO you have truly outdone yourself with the management and staff we have now, and I hope we keep them. They really do go above and beyond. Riddled with bed bugs and awful, rude office staff!
January 12, 2018My 76 year old father is living at these apartments and has a huge infestation of bed bugs. They crawl in under the door from the hallway. The office staff is rude and disrespectful when you try to communicate with them about getting the place fumigated. The place is dirty, elevators hardly ever work, it smells awful, and has zero security.Review from Apartments.com
Worst place ever-bed bugs!!!
September 15, 2017This is the worst place ever! I hate that I moved my grandmother into this place, I will be breaking her lease to move her out next month! It's dirty and smells, the elevators are always down and people just loiter in the hallways. They smoke marijuana in the building and maintenance doesn't do crap! They are falsely advertising about water, trash, and sewer removal being included because 2 month AFTER she moved in they put a note on her door and included it her rent by increasing it! Now to ...make matters worse my grandmother has bed bugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She saw them drawing under the door from the hallway! I will have an exterminator come out before I move her and once she moves so she won't take those disgusting things with her!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
