Great experience

I have lived at this apartment just short of a year, and have had a very good experience. We never hear our neighbors, and occasionally hear footsteps above us- but that is to be expected with apartment living! In all 10 months we have found 2 roaches, but we are on the bottom floor which could explain this. When I reached out the front office mentioned they would spray outside of our place and we haven't seen one since. With the location of my apartment, we can hear Ladybird playing music most ...
weekend nights, but that is part of the deal with living just steps from the beltline. Another downside is the gym is pretty limited for the price of the apartment, with not a lot of equipment and space. However, there are monthly community events such as wine nights, catering, and social events which is enjoyable. Likewise, management communicates quickly and they are easy to reach. It's a lively community with the pool getting pretty crowded in the summer and people playing games and socializing. Overall, worth the money in my experience!
