About Highland Woods Apartments
Welcome to Highland Woods II, a quaint complex located around the corner from King Street and on a rushing creek with lush greenery out back! Outside are brand new adirondack chairs, hammock stands, picnic table and a grill, all for our tenants to enjoy. Through your front door, you’ll find an open living space and kitchen, which features a breakfast bar and updated finishes. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove can be found, along with plenty of wooden cabinet space. Ceiling fans, light luxury vinyl plank floors, spacious closets, and plenty of windows with natural light make these units perfect for students and professionals alike! This complex features both 2 and 3 bedroom floorplans for your choosing. Highland Woods II rents between $720-$740 and are on individual leases. Security deposit is the same amount as the rent, with a $50 administration fee per tenant. The rental price includes standard Skyline Skybest Internet, on-site trash dumpster and recycling, and a monthly utility allowance of $70 for water and electricity. No cable is provided. Free parking for tenants is available at this complex, with limited guest parking! Additionally, this complex is pet friendly for 1 pet per bedroom, so bring your furry friends along! There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. A limit of 1 dog per unit with size and breed restrictions may apply, so make sure to ask your leasing representative before applying.
