Look Elsewhere
August 7, 2025Do not move here. The property is overpriced, poorly and unprofessionally managed (don't ever expect to find them in the leasing office or answering the phone), and going downhill even as the price skyrockets. Seriously, you can rent a nice house 3 or 4 bedroom house cheaper than the 3 bedroom units. Also, be warned that, upon moveout, they will hit you with additional charges.Property Manager Responded

June 11, 2025Highlands at Hickory Hills has been the best place to live over the past two years. It’s situated right in between Mt Juliet and Nashville making it very accessible to tons of shops and restaurants. The community is very friendly and the staff has been great.Property Manager Responded

March 28, 2025Not worth the money. No amenities, difficulty getting maintenance tasks completed, rude leasing staff, parking problems leading to people parking in the street and blocking your driveway, and people leave trash out all weekend for Monday evening pickup (pickup is M-F) so rodents are going to be a problem at some point.Property Manager Responded

March 9, 2025Pretty good. Parking can be an issue because people use the overflow spots as their permanent spots often not moving the car for weeks at a time. Lots of dogs off leashes all the time so watch out for that.Property Manager Responded

December 27, 2024There are zero amenities (not even a community garden which would cost the property next to nothing to implement). Maintenance is shoddy and frequently requires call backs to complete a repair properly. On top of the fact that you already don't get your money's worth, the property management is increasing rent each year at rates not in alignment with the market.Property Manager Responded
