Zero Stars – Avoid This Property Management Company at All Costs

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. In over 20 years of renting across the country, this has been, without question, the worst rental experience of my life.
From the very beginning, I felt misled. They made promises to get me to sign the lease, then failed to deliver. I was even given the wrong apartment when I moved in. The unit was old, filthy, dirty, and full of problems. There was mold in the shower, water damage, and numerous maintenance issues that were never properly ...

When something broke, management was incredibly slow to respond. Instead of fixing things correctly, they would take shortcuts—gluing things together or making temporary repairs that quickly failed. Their lack of professionalism and concern for residents was unbelievable.
The worst part was the cockroach infestation. I found roaches in my food, dishes, couch, under furniture, and throughout the apartment. I repeatedly reported the problem to the office for months, but they showed little concern and failed to resolve it.
To make matters even worse, after I moved out and left the apartment cleaner than when I moved in, they kept my entire security deposit and charged me for damages I did not cause. Their claims were false and completely unjustified.
Poor management, poor maintenance, unsanitary living conditions, misleading practices, and unfair move-out charges. This company seems more interested in taking tenants’ money than providing safe, habitable housing.
Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. Don’t be fooled by their promises.
