Beautiful building, but….. The power outage during the storm on August 9, 2025 showed up several problems. There were no emergency lights in the stairways! Extremely difficult to get back to my apartment Front door key fob not working preventing returning residents from entering the building. Screens did not drop down in front of elevators

Outdoor Maintenance I am very happy to be here. I love the townhouse. BUT other than cutting the grass, not much else is done. When time for pruning very little was done. I have been doing pruning by my patio and it's time I do again. Why would anyone plant roses in front of the outdoor spigot?

Atmosphere Coming from a Condo in Appleton, WI, , which we totally enjoyed for years, this place is like a vacation spot! No worries about cutting grass, shoveling snow or worrying about any other household maintenance! So many areas to enjoy a book, do puzzles, etc! FANTASTIC!!!

Very positive experience Everything has been very positive. Coming from our house of 50 years we did not really know how we would like Apartment living. The amenities are great and so are the activities. Our biggest surprise was also our biggest concern. The building is so well insulated that the noise level is very low. With having a dog and with the activities scheduled making friends and contacts is easy. You can have as much privacy as you want. Or you can be as active as you want.

Amazing New Home My wife and I moved in yesterday, July 11. We a so excited to use the many amenities here, including a heated pool, a club room and a common room for use by residents. Residents are very friendly and we look forward to a wonderful life at the Highlands at Aero Park.
