August 15, 2025Beautiful building, but….. The power outage during the storm on August 9, 2025 showed up several problems. There were no emergency lights in the stairways! Extremely difficult to get back to my apartment Front door key fob not working preventing returning residents from entering the building. August 15, 2025Outdoor Maintenance I am very happy to be here. I love the townhouse. BUT other than cutting the grass, not much else is done. When time for pruning very little was done. The amenities are great and so are the activities. Our biggest surprise was also our biggest concern. The building is so well insulated that the noise level is very low.
