August 15, 2025Beautiful building, but….. The power outage during the storm on August 9, 2025 showed up several problems. There were no emergency lights in the stairways! Extremely difficult to get back to my apartment Front door key fob not working preventing returning residents from entering the building. The amenities are great and so are the activities. Our biggest surprise was also our biggest concern. The building is so well insulated that the noise level is very low.
