This apartment complex is not it if you plan on paying market rent. People with Section 8 receive more attention from management compared to those paying market rent. The residents here are filthy. They let their dogs do their business in the elevator, lobby, and hallways without cleaning up. The trash room is an ongoing issue to the point in which you receive more emails about it than any community events.

Hi,
This is the great place to stay. After we stayed here we are not liking any other apartments which we are moving on. Due to my job change I got to leave this place. But we had a great stay in this apartment. Maintenance is really good and they have so many community events held every month. Shuttle service is good and its on time. Staff here is so friendly and they fix your problems quickly (Especially Robin is so kind and helpful always).
I prefer to come back again, If I find job in ...
Boston.

We Miss Living at Highlands at Faxonwoods

It has been about two months since we moved out of Faxonwoods. We lived there for two years and would have continued to live there if there were bigger apartments available to accommodate our growing family. My favorite aspects of living at Faxonwoods were:
- The excellent management team-Jonalis and Robin. They were very attentive to any questions or concerns that I had ( very few).
-Maintenance issues were usually addressed the same day although it was expected in 24 hours
-Shuttle service ...
was key for me to get to work in Boston every morning
-Quiet and friendly environment
-Available outdoor parking
-Indoor gym
-Monthly community dinners- although I was only able to make a few
If we did not have a signed lease with another big apartment complex in Quincy, we would move back in a heartbeat. You won't regret moving there!

Convenient Location, with nice features.
The management is decent, with in door garage available at low rate. The GYM is indoor making it less hassle to go to the gym during bad weather

Get location convenient walk to grocery, department store and pharmacy. There are also restaurants and other shopping within 5 minutes of driving. Great amenities at the apartment to include function room and computer room. Most maintenance completed within a day of request. Apartment hallways could be maintained better but neater tenants would help.

The actual name is The Highlands at Faxon Woods. But if they would clean the hallways consistently and actually clean the garage after they make . you move your car to clean it. (Twice) and put up deodorizers for the hallway odors. Then it would be rated 3 1/2 to 4*

Staff was a bit judgmental when I walked in to get info and was wearing my gym clothes and was not a pleasant welcome but when I drove there for an appointment the following in my BMW wearing a suit ....what a big difference in the welcoming . But either than that it's a great place and location
