Best place so far I have stayed
February 6, 2018Hi, This is the great place to stay. After we stayed here we are not liking any other apartments which we are moving on. Due to my job change I got to leave this place. But we had a great stay in this apartment. Maintenance is really good and they have so many community events held every month. Shuttle service is good and its on time. Staff here is so friendly and they fix your problems quickly (Especially Robin is so kind and helpful always). I prefer to come back again, If I find job in ...Boston.Property Manager Responded

We Miss Living at Highlands at Faxonwoods
September 12, 2017It has been about two months since we moved out of Faxonwoods. We lived there for two years and would have continued to live there if there were bigger apartments available to accommodate our growing family. My favorite aspects of living at Faxonwoods were: - The excellent management team-Jonalis and Robin. They were very attentive to any questions or concerns that I had ( very few). -Maintenance issues were usually addressed the same day although it was expected in 24 hours -Shuttle service ...was key for me to get to work in Boston every morning -Quiet and friendly environment -Available outdoor parking -Indoor gym -Monthly community dinners- although I was only able to make a few If we did not have a signed lease with another big apartment complex in Quincy, we would move back in a heartbeat. August 11, 2015Get location convenient walk to grocery, department store and pharmacy. There are also restaurants and other shopping within 5 minutes of driving. Great amenities at the apartment to include function room and computer room. Most maintenance completed within a day of request. Apartment hallways could be maintained better but neater tenants would help.Review from Apartments.com

July 24, 2015The actual name is The Highlands at Faxon Woods. But if they would clean the hallways consistently and actually clean the garage after they make . you move your car to clean it. January 19, 2014Staff was a bit judgmental when I walked in to get info and was wearing my gym clothes and was not a pleasant welcome but when I drove there for an appointment the following in my BMW wearing a suit ....what a big difference in the welcoming .
