August 5, 2024Nice community however quite a few things needed either replacing , adding, or repairs upon move in. I have requested everything as soon as we moved in and staff was able to put work orders in but still waiting on what I consider important items that needs immediate attention. July 31, 2024I have lived at the Highlands for almost 2 years. I like the location. I love the pools however I am disappointed in the lack of upkeep and maintenance. My unit personally is very old and rundown, and in my opinion, not worth the rate of rent that is paid. I have put in numerous maintenance request that have frankly just been ignored. There are still things that I mentioned at the time that still not been addressed. I will continue to reside at the Highlands for at least another year probably. I ...would prefer one of the new units for the amount that is paid.Property Manager Responded
