    Poor management

    We lived there almost 3yrs,no problems, about the summer of our 2nd year a couple moved in the front half & made false complaints about my boyfriend, they took her word & said no renew of our lease,said he didn't pickup after the dogs,but other people don't & I had dig up frozen poop so my dog wouldn't hurt himself trying to get at it,you have park up by visitor parking which is a long walk,the building we were in smelled like pot & cigarettes.

    I was looking to move from a distance, and during a pandemic. The office staff were very accommodating and helpful in managing our time together, and in answering my questions. That was an important part of my comfort zone, and not all managers are nice, in my experience. They are more bossy and power players. The staff here isn't like that at all! I moved into a very clean and well maintained one bedroom apartment and got a garage, which was a big reason for moving here. The indoor pool and ...
    exercise area were frosting on the cake, for me. As a former housekeeper, I was very happy with the cleanliness of my new home when I came in, and I've enjoyed getting to know the neighbors and others in the community, now that I've been here for more than 5 months. So glad to have found such a nice place to live. As a single senior, that's saying a lot!

    It was so frustrating trying to even apply for this apartment. Do NOT live here. A lot of the buildings smell like the people have been smoking for 60 years. It seeps into the other apartments.
