We needed to find something quickly, and Nicole did an amazing job working with me and keeping the communication flowing every step of the way. We are so excited to move into our new apartment. Great community and beautiful apartments
April 2, 2025We lived in this community for 18 months and during Hurricane Helene. The office manager and staff are very engaged in the community life and available as needed. Overall, the amenities are great. Beautiful pool and gym. The office is always organizing social activities for the residents which helps to get to know neighbors and feel part of a community. Being one of the first residents in this brand-new construction, I've witnessed the meticulous care put into every detail of the property. LOVE these apartments
February 23, 2024Wow, this place is so much better than expected. Brand new construction, great community, super clean. There are food trucks here several times each month and regularly scheduled social events. Quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to downtown and right next to Weaverville.
