Excellent community near 640 and shopping yet feels like country living. Grounds are kept up well and neighborhood is quiet and safe. Sarah is excellent to deal with when you have questions or need help. Josh is great and fixes all maintenance issues with skill and expertise. I've lived here for 2 years and enjoy my house. I highly recommend this community.

I moved to Knoxville from out in the country for school. Highline is the first neighborhood that I’ve ever lived in, but it has been amazing. It’s so peaceful, and the only noise I ever hear is the sound of kids playing outside (which makes me so happy). The peace and location of the neighborhood makes me forget I’m in the middle of Knoxville, so it’s made moving to the city so much easier for me.
