Located on a quieter street than Colonial or Alafaya, Highpoint Club has been an amazing apartment complex to live in. A good space with 1 or 2 bedroom options and is close enough to anywhere in Greater Orlando. I'd recommend taking a look and seeing it for yourself!

The management at Highpoint Club is kind but we have had many issues with them. They are often in no rush to assist, and have taken months to handle simple issues like a broken gate key. The landscaping was very good when we moved in but we noticed as soon as it was no longer busy season, the landscaping got significantly worse. There are dead plants all around our building from a frost 3-4 months ago. There is trash everywhere.
The best part of the complex is the stray cats, all of which are ...
so sweet. Management has explicitly told us to NOT feed these cats, which I found odd.
The gate is constantly broken. My partner's gate key has broken twice.

Go ahead and share this for marketing purposes. Your community team is either too lazy or scared to handle a simple issue of fixing a smoke detector that it took threatening legal action to get anything done.

I have lived at HighPoint for roughly 4 years now. I loved the community for the first 3 years. But once management was switched I have had countless issues with the maintenance team and poor communication with the office staff. The maintenance team has made me feel my issues and not important and there have been numerous times I have been told my work order has been complete and it was indeed not fixed.
