    Great building, poorly managed I'm watching the building deteriorate as package delivery fails, leaving hundreds of undelivered packages in various parts of the building instead of at actual apartments. Trash rooms go weeks without being cleaned and minor building repairs are left for weeks (broken entryways and dirty hallways especially in the "other " building. We see the Airbnb crowds add to these issues which could all be addressed if they aren't left to fester. Perhaps they can take it ...

    Outstanding community We lived at Highpoint on CC for almost 3 years and had an outstanding experience. The office staff was responsive and seemed to know the residents by sight and the maintenance crew is, in my opinion, the absolute best. The location was amazing and the access to the Commons, and all the activities there, was a huge bonus. All of this comes at a premium and Columbus' rental market is tough. We were sad to move away but found we were getting priced out of the downtown market. ...

    Hallway carpet The hallway I live in is filthy dirty. Dust lines the bottom of the walls and the vacuum does not and cannot get the dust along the walls. Just take a look and you will see all the dust I’m speaking of. Obviously it has not been cleaned in a very long time if ever.
