Mail , Luxer When I first moved in the Luxor was working fine now it has not worked in weeks. I don’t get the code if I need to get something after hours I have to wait for the office to send me a code which I have to ask for and if it’s weekends and I need something, I still have to wait till Monday as for the mail I had something sent overnight from Boston and I didn’t get it for three days later, also I mailed something it was supposed to be picked up in the mail room. destination in Boston 14 days later I’m still looking for it. I’m not sure if it was picked up or not or I don’t know what happened. I mailed a few envelopes in the mailbox down the street and it was delivered. One of them went to Italy and it was there six days other than that, the place is beautiful. Amenities are great. Great building, poorly managed I'm watching the building deteriorate as package delivery fails, leaving hundreds of undelivered packages in various parts of the building instead of at actual apartments. Trash rooms go weeks without being cleaned and minor building repairs are left for weeks (broken entryways and dirty hallways especially in the "other " building. We see the Airbnb crowds add to these issues which could all be addressed if they aren't left to fester. Perhaps they can take it ...

Outstanding community We lived at Highpoint on CC for almost 3 years and had an outstanding experience. The office staff was responsive and seemed to know the residents by sight and the maintenance crew is, in my opinion, the absolute best. The location was amazing and the access to the Commons, and all the activities there, was a huge bonus. All of this comes at a premium and Columbus' rental market is tough. We were sad to move away but found we were getting priced out of the downtown market. ...
However, if it fits your price range we would highly recommend Highpoint on Columbus Commons for its outstanding staff and fabulous location.

Thoughts We are about 3 months into our 2nd 15 month lease. I would say my experience with the maintenance staff and the office staff remains a very positive 5 rating. We have been very comfortable in our apartment and continue to enjoy our time in the 614. I was pleased to see that the apartment admin has migrated over utilizing the electronic messages functionality in the Highpoint app.
