Roaches
June 18, 2018When we were living there, there were roaches in the apartment brought in by our next door neighbor. When we went to go tell the manager about it, she told us that it was our fault and ignored us. The managers are extremely rude and ill mannered. We called a professional about the bugs and he told us that it wasn't our fault either, he said "This looks like the adjacent apartments". We had some hope when he recommended to the manager that she pay about 10$ an apartment to spray the place, she ...said she would think about it and never called them back. For us to spray just our place would have cost 180$ compared to the 10$ a door being way cheaper. Not a very caring manager indeed, we left the instant she did nothing. In conclusion, I would highly advise against living here the managers again are lazy, ill mannered, and rude. I hope this helps you.Property Manager Responded
June 19, 2018We are sorry for the bad experience you have had previously. In the past couple months, Highridge Court Apartments has come under new management. Any existing problems have been taken care of, we are now at a 100% occupancy, and our tenants are delighted with the path the property is now taking. Our new manager is attentive and handles himself in a professional manner under all situations. We will continue to handle any concerns our tenants to make our complex an inviting place to live.
