DONT MOVE HERE!!!
August 29, 2024I’ve been a resident for officially 19 days. My central air has NOT been working since I moved in. The “property manager” is SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL, he laughed at my frustration then hung the phone up and will not pick up the phone. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY PLEASEEE !!Review from Apartments.com
An apartment is only as good as its tenants!
January 15, 2024This place just sucks. The only good things I can say are that it is that it was clean during move in and management is easily reachable. Besides that, the walls are seemingly made out of paper, it is not possible to get parking mentioned during the tour, and poor construction caused multiple leaks/flooding issues only a few weeks after move-in that were repaired sloppily and ruined personal belongings. Neighbors are inconsiderate, and you will not know a moment of peace. The noise disturbances ...are magnitudes above anything I have experienced in other apt rentals and make it impossible to work from home. I am constantly hearing people blasting music in the gym down the hall during quiet hours, dogs barking and scratching the floor, furniture banging, parents screaming at their children, and I can even hear snoring from different apartments!! Nothing will ever be done about disrespectful neighbors. Tenants smoke throughout the building, leave their trash in the halls, leave dog poop on the pavement outside, use the gym like it is their personal gym, steal and open packages, and don't know what "no parking" means. As with any apartment search, potential residents should consider checking government/public records of those living nearby before they decide to sign a lease ;) You certainly get what you pay for, and I would steer clear of this property if u have other options. The faux luxury design and limited amenities are not worth your safety and sanity imo.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
