Stay away from this place!!!
October 2, 2025The office workers don't respond at all. They don't want to fix the broken air conditioner. The property management chooses not to have the issue resolved. They constantly come up with a reason not to do it. They are always looking for something to put off or dodge when I speak with them. Extremely bad management!!!!!!!!!!!Property Manager Responded

Management and Maintenance
November 11, 2024Think twice before you will sign with them!!!!! Unprofessionalism at its finest!!!!!. Staying in an apartment with broken AC for more than two months. The new property manager and maintenance supervisor simply ignore this problem. They always talk and try to find any reason not to do it. Very poor management!!!!!Property Manager Responded

Do not move here under any circumstances
July 30, 2024This property has an excellent location, with an excellent maintenance staff, however that is where my praise ends. While office staff is friendly and courteous during face to face interactions, they fail in many areas of professionalism. Punctuality is nonexistent here, things that should take a day will be dragged out over several weeks, they fail to keep appointments, return phone calls. All questions regarding these inconsistencies will be blamed on their "system" instead of ever taking ...accountability. They will not be up front about costs and fees. They will tell you one thing verbally and hide extra fees in the documents. The use of bait and switch tactics is very strong here. I also question how organized they are. When attempting a unit transfer I had to provide my personal information multiple times such as my ID, and paystubs. These indicate either having lost my information, or simple laziness to acquire it from where it's stored, both which are extremely unprofessional. They also failed to keep a good timeline regarding our move, and I was unable to hire the needed movers and rent the proper equipment in a timely manner due to the failure of communication by the office staff. After living here well over a year, routinely paying rent on time, existing quietly and disturbing nobody, I would have expected significantly better treatment. Not only this, they charged me for rent twice, and are now refusing to return the excess paid amount! I hope we can work this out.Property Manager Responded
