A Perfectly Average Experience

Lived in Building H for three years (2021-2024) and can confidently say that it was just fine. Rent was reasonable (utilities being included actually made it kind of a steal), the neighbors were quiet, and maintenance requests were more inconvenient than an actual problem. No pests outside of the odd spider.
The two things that caused me the most grief were the shower--the water temperature was NEVER consistent, and getting blasted with cold water at random was a nightmare I couldn't seem to get ...
resolved no matter how many times maintenance came to look at it--and the smell. Neighbors not picking up after their dogs and letting them pee right outside the front door made the smell in the hallways intolerable. I also had a neighbor that chronically littered cigarette butts all over our shared green area. But those were more gripes with residents than the actual building.
I also got my deposit back, minus a modest cleaning fee, which I was very pleased about. All in all, it was a net positive experience, but nothing to write home about.
