The individual apartments have all of the features you want; including two bathrooms, a full size washing machine and dryer in every unit, a dishwasher, an eat up breakfast bar, and FREE Internet! November 8, 2018Hillcrest is a great place to live with your friends while still having your own personal space. The large kitchen and living room make it feel more like home than many college apartments around here. It is also nice to have a clubhouse to escape to when your roommates are getting to be too much to handle. They also have a great place to play pool, tan, workout, and swim. November 8, 2018I have really loved my first few months of living at Hillcrest. I appreciate the resources available like: in unit washer and dryer, free wifi, free printing (with own paper), gym access and the pool! There are great spaces to meet with friends who also live here. Hillcrest also does a great job of putting together fun activities to help students & residents build connections. November 7, 2018I love living at Hillcrest! Having the laundry inside the unit is awesome! The drive to campus is very close and all of the amenities the Club House has to offer is great! November 7, 2018Hillcrest Park Apartments are wonderful apartments to live in, they offer so many great amenities for you to enjoy. There is free tanning available during office hours, a computer lab, a place to study in the clubhouse, a workout facility, and a pool table. November 6, 2018Hillcrest is a great place to live! This is my first year living in an apartment and I am so excited to come home every night to a beautiful apartment that has great location. I live with three of my best friends and it is a perfect place to live together. A few of my favorites about living here is the spacious parking right outside my door, the big kitchens, the back patio/balconies, and the washer and dryer and the two separate bathrooms that are located within each unit. Very Convenient
November 6, 2018I love living at Hillcrest. They are located super close to the UNI campus and provide so many amenities (i.e. computer lab, gym, pool, tanning beds, etc.).
