Favorite apartment but changed
April 30, 2025I lived here for 3 years. It is my favorite apartment I ever lived in. I miss the layout and quiet neighbors. I moved because I moved to a new city. The sad thing is, even if I stayed, I would not be able to afford rent since the new management took over and skyrocketed rent prices. I’m hoping they included updates to the apartment for their prices.Property Manager Responded

No longer value for money
May 9, 2024New management took over and raised prices significantly. The apartments are old, moldy and drafty. No central air. Some buildings don't have washer/dryer.Property Manager Responded
