It's not their issue actually the apartment is build poorly which creates lots of sound .. June 14, 2018Be aware this Place is crazy poorly made. You can hear every noise . They raise they rent every year 80-100$ . They will keep your deposit even your apartment is perfect condition. They will get you some how. I had a little dint on my fridge they charged me half of my security deposit. For the amount they deducted you can buy a new fridge. Staff is ok for maintenance but main office staff is very rude they hang up on me because I asked them When I will get my security deposit back . October 11, 2015Hillcrest Village is a great place to call home. Lived here for 6 years & just renewed our lease. Our Imperial apartment is great- plenty of closets(6), lots of natural light, & our own entrance. Buildings & grounds pretty & very well-maintained, and laundry rooms recently remodeled with all new machines. Maintenance & office staff friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Complex is pet-friendly (other tenants we've met are friendly too!). Always feel safe here- plus there are security ...guards at night.
