It's not their issue actually the apartment is build poorly which creates lots of sound .. Please never lease this wired apartment if you have a child & you need to live in 2nd floor (peace of your life will be gone for sure )

They will keep your deposit even your apartment is perfect condition. They will get you some how. I had a little dint on my fridge they charged me half of my security deposit. For the amount they deducted you can buy a new fridge. Staff is ok for maintenance but main office staff is very rude they hang up on me because I asked them When I will get my security deposit back . Our Imperial apartment is great- plenty of closets(6), lots of natural light, & our own entrance. Buildings & grounds pretty & very well-maintained, and laundry rooms recently remodeled with all new machines. Maintenance & office staff friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Complex is pet-friendly (other tenants we've met are friendly too!). Always feel safe here- plus there are security ...guards at night.
