OLD apartments- downstairs neighbor is a smoker tenants behind smoke cigars . Maintenance staff is awesome. Office staff need better customer service skills. Don’t move here.

Old apartment with all the old stuff .. The sound issue is very hectic, even if you do regular ur activities, people from downstairs complain . It's not their issue actually the apartment is build poorly which creates lots of sound .. Please never lease this wired apartment if you have a child & you need to live in 2nd floor (peace of your life will be gone for sure )

Be aware this Place is crazy poorly made. You can hear every noise . They raise they rent every year 80-100$ . They will keep your deposit even your apartment is perfect condition. They will get you some how. I had a little dint on my fridge they charged me half of my security deposit. For the amount they deducted you can buy a new fridge. Staff is ok for maintenance but main office staff is very rude they hang up on me because I asked them When I will get my security deposit back . It took 2 ...
months to get it but half of the deposit is gone. Be aware and think 2x

Hillcrest Village is a great place to call home. Lived here for 6 years & just renewed our lease. Our Imperial apartment is great- plenty of closets(6), lots of natural light, & our own entrance. Buildings & grounds pretty & very well-maintained, and laundry rooms recently remodeled with all new machines. Maintenance & office staff friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I visited Hillcrest Village and loved the community. They had a perfect apartment for me. Unfortunately I have a dog that is over their weight limit and I was unable to sign a lease.
