Please do not make the mistake of living here. They have never answered the phone once in our entire 2 years living here. Constant water pouring in, unit is completely covered in black mold, electrical issues, maintenance doesn't do anything our apartment has completely fallen apart due to the constant water and no one cares. Over charging rent and no one will fix. Most awful lazy rude people ever.

Hills At Hoover Tennant Have been waiting YEARS for maintenance requests to be completed. Holes in ceiling, walls, under sinks. Can see into the apartment under me into the shower if I didn't put a piece of carboard over the hole. Mold growing in bathroom and around the hole in the ceiling. Maintenance comes, looks at what's wrong, takes pictures but never come back to do the actual repairs.

The "maintenance crew" came by to tell us after numerous of calls that they have to "find the part" that's needed to fix the AC unit. They still have not fixed it which has caused not only leakage and gnats but now there is MRI and the roof is falling down. It is awful and the people in the leasing office are awful, rude, and mean. You can't get things fixed. Also, the manager at the leasing office is awful with poor customer service. They need to clean house and start new. There was shooting and they sent out any kind of notification or letters addressing the matter, even though some of us were there. They add on extra fees and charges and claim that they don't have recollection of things. Never in a good mood at all. They are just ...
horrible. This is the worst customer service ever. I wouldn't advice anyone to come and stay here. Apartment building had rat problems and it took forever for them to come out and even try to fix the problem. The maintenance ride around on the carts and are at the gas station next door.
