My mother lives in this building, and there has recently been a change in management. Unfortunately, we have noticed a few ongoing issues:
?Pool Area: There are not enough chairs and sunbeds around the pool area for residents.
?Water Pressure: Many units, including my mother's, suffer from very low water pressure.
?Pricing & Services: Considering that this is supposed to be a senior living community, the rent is quite high, yet it offers very few specialized services for elderly residents.

to these reasons, many residents have unfortunately decided to move out. I hope the new management takes these points into consideration and works on improving the living conditions.
