    We have been here for 6 months. We love it! We have needed maintenance for very small issues. They come quickly and with a friendly attitude. Everything is fixed promptly. We love the pet friendly community. Noise has never been an issue. So happy we came here

  • TERRIBLE...outdated and overpriced.

    TERRIBLE...outdated and overpriced. The units are run down and falling apart. Toilet tanks leaning against the wall, but hey if it's not leaking don't fix it. One bathroom barely had hot water and we actually had to ask them to turn on the furnace so that we could have heat in our unit. Parking is very limited, so if you have more than one car good luck finding an additional spot. Don't be fooled by the word "Aberdeen" in the name!

    this place is great. Ive now lived here for around 8 months. i havent had and real issues, just minor little things and maintenance got to it pretty quick, at least to me it was quick. I really like greenery around the complex. also, so far everyone has been nice here, including my neighbors

  • Couldnt Believe It

    Moved in about 6 months and i havent had an issue until a water heater broke on me and was staring to flood my apartment. The maintenance crew was on top of it immediately and took care of everything. I had to stay at a hotel but because of them I didnt lose any valuables and for that im thankful.
