Poor Management and Maintenance
May 13, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comIt took them months to fix the gutters. Rain was overflowing off the roof and pouring directly on my air conditioner. The sound was so loud I couldn’t sleep or watch TV when it was raining. Constantly getting woken up in the middle of the night. It took maintenance 3 trips to fix a simple water leak at the base of my shower. I thought they had fixed it the first time and unknowingly went months with water pooling underneath the floor boards after every shower. My lease very clearly stated that ...heat was an included utility, yet I was paying for it as part of my electric bill and the landlord simply said that I needed to pay for it and that it shouldn’t have been included in the lease. I had no noise complaints and my rent was on autopay, yet they ended up not renewing my lease after the initial 6 months.Read More
Very quiet area
March 30, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here for about a year and had to leave due to work. This neighborhood is really quiet and safe!! I never once had a problem and maintenance came when I called. My daughter attended KM which is across the street and she had no issues. You really do get a lot for the price but for me it was the peace of mind.
