Hillsborough is a great place to live. I recently just moved out after 4 years and have nothing but positive things to say. The maintance and managment staff are very helpful and responsive to my calls. The area around the apartment is great, as it is close to shopping centers, plently of parks and green spaces, and the local elementary school. I strongly recommend Hillsborough Gardens.

In this area, it's rare to find a very nice property manager. Ms. Margie is definitely a 5*. If I can give 10*, I would. While I am just moving in, I can see that the area if pretty quiet and neighborhood safe. The apt is spacious and reasonably priced. I have been living in an apartment there for over two years and it has been my best experience by far out of all the places I've lived. The apartment is spacious, in a good location, heat is included in the rent, and the property manager is helpful, friendly, and available for any issues. This past winter my heat stopped working and I called the emergency maintenance number and the guy showed up in under 10 minutes and had the problem fixed 10 minutes later. My AC stopped cooling recently and ...
a simple e-mail to the property manager had that resolved in a day. I have lived at places where I didn't even know who the property manager was or how to contact them, so living here has been enjoyable, low-stress, and low-maintenance.

I loved my apartment at Hillsborough Gardens. I lived here for 2 years and would’ve stayed but my personal circumstances changed and had to move out. This is a beautiful community, the apartments are spacious, maintenance issues are resolved immediately, and never had to call the office twice because of any issue. After sign the lease and not yet get in the apartment but they are responding our complaint. What ever we ask to do. They don't do it. We only have to do for temporary renting. I never ever saw like this management people. If go renting a new lease and renovated apartment but not be renovated all. They did change the rust kitchen tap faucet, safety lock in main door and including balcony curtain also. I don't recommend this apartment to anyone. Before coming they will help a lot but after lease ...
