April 21, 2025Office personnel is really rude, not sensitive when you report a concern or a situation, their lack of understanding and communication is really bad, plus they make you come over and over and over to the office to resolve a problem like I have nothing better to do than visit the office multiple times and explain over and over to a different person every time, by the way it took 3 months to resolve a problem last time I had a problem with my contract to get fixProperty Manager Responded

Todavía esperando que arreglen el techo
March 16, 2025Estoy escribiendo porque me cortaron hoyos en el techo hace un mes y todavía no los arreglan. Aquí les va mi experiencia hasta ahora: Con la nueva administración, la propiedad por fin está limpia después de mucho tiempo. El mantenimiento hace lo que puede con lo que les dejan hacer. A veces hacen buen trabajo, a veces no. Se les olvidan cosas, pero lo entiendo. La propiedad es grande, somos muchos, y la administración pasada cerró la oficina y nunca ayudaba a nadie. Yo trabajaba en mantenimiento ...también, sé cómo es. Trato de ser paciente, pero la comunicación entre ellos y la oficina es mala. Los contratistas (los terceros) son lentos, programan todo para demasiado tarde. No debería estar esperando tanto para que terminen el trabajo. También hay mala comunicación entre ellos y la oficina. Si pregunto cuándo van a venir, deberían saber decirme, pero nunca saben en el momento. Los manageres deberían organizarse mejor y asegurarse de que si no pueden hablar con la gente directamente, mínimo les digan qué onda para que ellos sepan qué decirme cuando vengo a preguntar. Ahora, del personal: el único que sí jala es el alto, es buen pedo y sabe lo que hace. Su español no es perfecto, pero se expresa bien y siempre es la persona más efectiva en esta oficina. Me parece que hace el trabajo de cada persona, ese vato sí le chambea! El gordito también cae bien, pero siempre anda perdido. El manager nomás encerrado en su oficina, ocupado con todo menos con ayudar. El manager latino ni habla con nadie y cuando sí, trata a la gente bien mal. La morenita es buena onda, pero siempre dice cosas equivocadas. El chinito es amable pero verde pues todavía no sabe todo lo que necesita saber. Las que se fueron sí jalaban bien, qué lástima. La gordita igual se equivocaba siempre, pero al menos hablaba español. La argentina era seria, pero nunca me dio información mal. Me dijeron que las dos renunciaron…y pues, la neta, lo entiendo. No sé cómo siguen operando, pero pues ahí van.Property Manager Responded

January 21, 2025Today was my first time in the office since Greystar bought the property. I had serval issues with my account and billing questions.
