Awesome Rental Property!
January 17, 2023This apartment is well maintained, updated, clean, and very quiet. There are new appliances, bathroom fixtures, and the fireplace adds such a homey feel! The apartments are extremely spacious as well. I have been with this rental company for three years now and have been nothing but satisfied with Hillside and the manager, Leah. She goes above and beyond, always has a smile on her face, and is just so pleasant to deal with. I am transferring to a different property through this same company, ...and both Leah and Kris have made it absolutely painless for me. June 27, 2018I have lived at Hillside Apartments in Sartell, MN for Approx. 1-1/2 years. I love it here the apartments are so homey. It is a very quite area with so many things within short walking distance. (Grocery store, Restaurant, Hardware store and more) Great walking/bike trail across the street. 1-1/2 blocks from the Mississippi. I have met a lot of great people! Management is awesome! March 27, 2018My wife and I lived at Hillside apartments for 3 years. During our time there we experienced a quiet and friendly group of neighbors. The management team did an amazing job responding to any issues we came across. The lawn and parking areas were always kept very nice (both summer and winter). It was a great place to live!
