Don't move they will rip you off
September 29, 2017I will definitely give the zero (0) stars, DON'T MOVE THERE, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, due to military orders we had to move out and I guess we were supposed to tell the government we could not move because of this "realty corp" contract, they knew we were a military family ans the told us that they will give us back the deposit, the only damafs we had were in total $99dlls ans they sent us the bill with no money of our deposit just because we moved out before we ended the contract since they ...clearly told us if it was a military orders they would give the money back since it's something we can't control. We called and tried to solve it and they didn't do anything. They are liars, dishonest and disrespectful company, there are much better companies.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Good Value
August 31, 2015There is a favorable balance here between affordability and quality. Apartments have dual heating and cooling units where the only utilities you pay for are electricity which is reasonable. I like the three C's here: Cleanliness; Convenient location (close to everything); and Courtesy from staff as there is an in-house Super on the premises who responds promptly to maintenance issues. Once a month on Saturdays, exterminators spray the units free of charge, which holds infestation problems ...down. Two brand new elevators have been recently installed. I also like the commercial laundry washers and dryers on each floor. Although welcoming and reasonable to all, management also tries to give veterans better deals in appreciation of their service. One drawback is management can be somewhat strict with credit requirements for applicants (often asking for co-signers). Even so, as a good value, overall your dollar will go further here in terms of amenities and services you get for your money than at most other rental properties.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
