Roach infested
July 18, 2023Roach infested. New owners installed key fob entry but all that does is keep out delivery drivers so your packages sit outside and get stolen and get somehow homeless people find their way in and sleep under the staircase. Hallways and stairways are always sticky and disgusting. Trash is everywhere. One washer and dryer for 11 units and they’re so small it takes 3 loads just to get my scrubs for the week washed..not to mention it costs almost 6$/load. My thermostat broke this winter and I put in ...3 maintenance requests that went unanswered and spent the winter without heat—to this day my thermostat doesn’t work. Every drain in my apartment barely works. I’m finally leaving and I have to throw away almost everything I own due to the roach infestation and being terrified to bring them with me to my new home. I will continue to write bad reviews to hopefully save at least one person from signing a lease here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
