I made the mistake of living here. Don’t be like me
November 17, 2025Moved in late 2019. I suffered for roughly 10 months. 1st they told me the wrong move in date. Then they never gave me a tour or showed me pictures of the unit. Then, when I moved in it was nothing like what was online. The oldest washer / dryer I had ever seen that needed to be hooked up the the kitchen sink. Then, there was so many bugs because it’s literally an underground basement. Then, it flooded from a breech in the external system that is supposed to collect and disperse rain water. It ...came trickling into my apartment at 1am. I had to pack up what I could, put important things up high and get a hotel. The next day they acted like there was nothing they could do but just vacuum up the water which was about 2 inches high and on carpet might I add. Walls were soaked and mud was coming in. I spent the day back and forth from the underwhelming gym and media center to the office collecting my thoughts and trying to see how I would even get ready for work in a few hours. I explained to the property manager many times that it wasn’t livable. She insisted for hours and it wasn’t until she spoke with maintenance and he told her it wasn’t very bad she then found a way to get me a new apartment. The assistant manager reimbursed me for my hotel stay after me begging. They got maintenance to move my stuff into the new place and I was on time for work that day. I felt like things were looking up. But , boy was I wrong. I spent the summer with no air conditioning. The baby rats were peeing and pooping on my closets. I know they were baby rats because maintenance told me that the adults were too large to come inside so they send their young. The size of them were massive . When I think back to this time of my life it is truly sad. It was a horrible and miserable season. The office staff were incompetent and rarely answered calls or maintenance requests. The final straw was my bathroom flooding when the upstairs neighbor left their water on. I was able to get out of my lease 1 month early because property manager knew what I had been through. February 22, 2021The walls are thin as sand paper ! Mice infested ! I live on the top floor and I can hear my neighbors from the bottom floor in my house. The Amtrak train shakes your whole building, never no where to park, homeless person slept inside the building, I can literally hear my neighbors wash their dishes and watch tv because how think the walls are, my dish washer leaks Everytime I use it. It’s been very icy out ! They yet haven’t really got the snow Up ! It’s JUST BAD ITS HORRIBLE! Do not move here- mice everywhere
January 13, 2021This apartment has caused me nothing but headache and stress. Tons of roaches and mice everywhere. The only solution management has come up with is for us to basically get everything we own out so they can look for holes. Mind you this was after bringing my newborn baby home from the hospital. These mice live in the walls and burrow through the carpet so they can’t actually “fix” the problem. Do not move here.Property Manager Responded

don’t move here
December 7, 2020If zero stars were a option I would give them that . I’ve been living here the past year the walls are paper thin I can hear anything and everything my neighbors around me are doing . The place is infested with roaches , I moved in December of last year now it’s coming to the end on my lease and there are still roaches in the unit . I have a newborn baby I took her out her bassinet only to find a roach in her bassinet as well . Next I put in work orders nothing gets done my air conditioning unit ...broke for 2 weeks in the summer time .... as well as when I first moved in someone broke into my house . Then when I asked to move out due to not feeling safe they said no . They also towed my car twice for no reason they started this parking policy and didn’t notify about it in return my car got towed and the towed company had to explain to me why it got towed the company that towed my card messed up my car and I had to pay $220 to get it fixed . This place is awful they don’t even allow you to see your unit until you sign the lease to move in . This is my first home so I was still leading the ins and outs but this place is awful I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone not even my worst enemy. DONT MOVE HEREProperty Manager Responded

Horrible
March 12, 2020There are roaches and mice. I have called numerous times about this problem I just move there in November. Had a water leak in the wall and leak into my carpet they took forever to fix it but only replaced the pipes and part of wall. Under the carpet is damage. 0 Stars, They Should Be Ashamed
March 7, 2020I was extremely disappointed after FINALLY seeing the unit I was constantly hounded to sign a lease for. I was shown a model apartment about a month before the keys to my actual place was available. I went in today for an “inspection before move in” and found it to look raggedy, rushed, and just dirty. There were dead roaches all over the carpet and a flew live ones crawling in the cabinets. Why would u show a place with roaches! There is clearly an infestation in the building because I’m sure ...Ms. Lauren didn’t expect them to reveal themselves to potential new tenants so soon. I refuse to live with rodents or roaches especially with a new born baby on the way. They should be ashamed of themselves for trying to trap tenants by showing a model apartment & preparing leases before making sure the actual apartment is up to par. Horrible Maintenance and rental office
March 20, 2019We are waiting for work to be done in our apartment have a key and they claim they lost it on top of the fact that this apartment is not all that. They put new tiles in our kitchen but didn’t replace the all the tiles so there’s 2 different tiles. Do not move here it is not worth it. They did not offer anything in return for their mistakes.
