NOT TO GO UP ON THE RENT EVERY YEAR TO HELP PEOPLE ON A SET INCOME BECAUSE THEY INCOME DON'T INCREASE AND A PLAN TO HELP SENIOR AND DISABLE TO BE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH RENT INCREASE. PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION BECAUSE WE REALLY NEED THIS,MOST OF US CAN'T WORK ANYMORE AND IF WE DO APPLY FOR JOBS THE FEED BACK IS WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOUNGER PEOPLE AND OLDER PEOPLE MIND SLOWS DOWN AND SOMETIMES FORGET QUICKLEY, SOME NOT ALL. I was happy that my repair request could be accomplished while I was away for a few days, so I didn't have to worry about repair man entering my apartment with my service dog there in my absence.

Hilltop commons

This place isn’t a good place for people to live the maintenance is terrible and the apartments are poorly made. I don’t know what the first person was talking about. This place is not even in the middle of Richmond, and it’s on the border of Richmond and San Pablo. it’s not always a quiet neighborhood things happen here sometimes. And people steal a lot over here so watch out. That’s a all I know I’ve only been here for about 2 months so I don’t know much

This is not a good place to live at. I don't know if it is just my apartment but my apartment is geeked is geeked with spiders, and whenever the maintenance people come to fix something in my apartment they never fix it right, also on the other hand it's not a good area to live in, people steal my hub caps from my car, and there are drug dealers in this place, and pizza and pizza places don't even do deliveries in this place no more because of the problems the people in here give them.
