It’s okey…
February 15, 2026The management company has changed each year over and over a new company takes over and changes the policy and rules. If you’re late on rent the new will put 3 day notice to your inside door and then a cop will serve you papers . Not 30 days but 3 days that’s all you’ll get to pay rent. Regardless of a promise to pay till your check clears with your bank. The unit may seem big in the pictures but a one bedroom is not enough space for anyone there’s hardly any space for your brooms, mops or ...kitchen gadgets to fit without being overly crowded. The pantry is very small and a tight space that will block the little valet trash bin between your refrigerator and pantry . The kitchen is small in size and feels very tight and closed off. The one bedroom doesn’t come with W&D set and the two company’s that work with hilltops are not worth the headroom the rental prices they charge your card for constantly. Precision. Laundry is one of the companies and they aren’t worth the money the machines are out of date same with the other company they use preferred laundry have old machines and charge too much as well and they will over charge your card many times and change the prices on our dates old machines. The gate is always broken throughout the months and hardly works or one side will stay open and it’s annoying. The carpets aren’t always brand new they don’t change them as they will say it’s not true. The only thing that was decent to me is the coffee shops and H-E-B are right there at the light to the right. The base rent won’t be the rent you pay at all the small fees will push your rent high. The crash people come whenever they feel like it or not at all during the schedule pick up days. The walls are thin and you will hear the upstairs people if you’re on the second floor as well as the connected unit to you. People slam there doors so much it’s annoying. The people are overly nosey and will be in your business unprovoked at all times. It’s uncomfortable having strangers always watching you as if you’re not paying rent just the same as them. Cigarettes will be all over the ground and smells horrible. Spider webs all throughout the lights and stairs it’s gross. They’ll charge for pest control even if you don’t use them. November 12, 2025I absolutely love this community! From the very beginning—before I even moved to the area—I had the pleasure of working with Fonda, the leasing agent. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly the driving force behind my decision to make this community my home. Fonda went above and beyond from day one. She graciously gave my daughter, who already lived in the area, a guided tour while I joined via FaceTime. She helped me find the perfect unit, coordinated my move-in timeline, and made the ...entire application process smooth and stress-free. We communicated for weeks before my move, and when I finally met her in person, it felt like greeting family. Fonda has continued to be an incredible support—always attentive, professional, and genuinely caring about residents’ satisfaction. She’s been an essential part of my positive experience here. I also love how the management team organizes community events, how friendly and helpful everyone in the office is, and the small perks—like complimentary Starbucks coffee every morning! Awesome place to live
October 18, 2022The apartment was ready for us to move in. Our last apartment we were there for nine years. We are seniors and debated on buying or renting. Since I'm disable we settled on renting. Ashley showed us the apartments and we fell in love with them. It's very quiet, the kitchen is huge. Any questions we have , Ashley, Brooke and Amanda are all very helpful. They make you feel so comfortable. We looked at several places and this is the best. We love it here. The maintenance guys are Awesome as well. ...Just had to have a couple of things done when moving in. They came right away got the job done. If your looking for a place to call home, this is it. Property is beautiful on the surface BUT
July 11, 2020Brooke the assistant manager is the ONLY person working here who gives a hoot about residents. Honest and caring, helps people out in times of need. I had mold infesting my apartment unit 628 last year. Property manager Kim blamed it on ME for using my air conditioning at 70. It’s TEXAS, lady. Apartments were poorly built - air intake in the BATHROOM. Wettest place in the unit! Mold growing out of all my vents and throughout . I had dozens of photos. Kim hired an unlicensed (to treat mold) ...carpet cleaning company to clean my vents - they blew them out and spray painted over mold on rotted sheetrock. I have photos of that too. Calls to corporate allowed me to switch units BUT I HAD TO MOVE MYSELF from THEIR MOLD INFESTED UNIT with no help. Also had massive leak above my garage in the unit above, informed Kim for over a week and nothing was done. I have dated photos and evidence of growing leak and mold. Couldn’t even park my car in garage for fear of ceiling falling! They never even alerted the tenant in unit above my garage so I did. They finally tore the ceiling out and repaired the leak after 10 days!!!!! This was June and July 2019. THIS WEEK in 2020 — I’ve been trying to contact the regional manager for days regarding our air conditioner going out earlier this week (plus multiple other units). She called me super early on Thursday and left me a voicemail while I was sleeping - since I returned her call, she has ignored my calls since and voicemails in last 3 days. One of maintenance staff was fired recently & another quit over a month ago & the property manager still has not replaced even the one who’s been gone. We have two inexperienced “temp” maintenance people instead. Poor assistant manager called property manager (who was ten minutes away at home on staycation) many times to get help & authorization for ac repair and her calls were ignored. Fortunately after a day without ac, it was fixed by one of the temps. It was 95 in my house! It wasn’t until 3am the next day that my home was 70 degrees again. Also the pool was filled with algae - so much so that it stinks - and had clearly not been treated in some time! It’s summer! People use the pool!!! Gross!!!Property Manager Responded

Best apartment
October 22, 2019This is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in. I was very skeptical about apartment living and when I sold my house two years ago I told my son we would only live here for a year until we decided where we wanted to buy another home. It has been such a great experience for us that we decided to stay and we are now past our second year. The management and staff are awesome and have become true friends. The are always very warm and helpful and are even willing to consider suggestions for ...improvements to our community.
