DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
February 22, 2019Please do not move here. You will be sorry you did. The building is nice and historical but the noise level in this "factory" is unbearable. You can hear every noise as though it's in your own apartment. The noise doesn't stop...ever. Even during the night you can hear your neighbor snore, use the bathroom and cough. Phone calls are never private because people can hear every word. There are a lot of dogs here, which is fine if you don't mind hearing every tap of every toenail on the wood floors. ...If you are considering moving here, please go talk to some of the residents first. You can always find someone outside. Also, the management is almost non-existent. They have hours listed but are never there. Once you sign the lease, you won't see them again and they certainly won't help with any issues you may have. The rent also goes up every year. They don't tell you that until you're already signing the papers. Please thoroughly check this place out before moving in.
