February 14, 2025Historic Electric Building does have its issues with the elevators hot water shut off and some low cooking skilled residents which will cause the fire department to come out and investigate but other than that I really enjoy living here I have to admit that I still haven't gotten used to walking outside and seeing so many people everywhere coming from every single direction I guess that comes with Downtown Living.Property Manager Responded

May 17, 2024The Historic Electric Building is in an excellent location in downtown Fort Worth. There are a plethora of amenities within walking distance. I rarely hear my neighbors due to the inner wall sound-proofing. The maintenance team is challenged by the age of the building. Also, the high-turnover of personnel has produced some challenges that require attention. Hopefully these challenges will be addressed and improved over time.Property Manager Responded

I like the underground parking especially during inclimate weather. But living here does come with its challenges. There has been a high turnover of personnel in the management company that causes inconsistency in policy and expectations. May 17, 2023Historic electric building may have had some rough patches in the past due to management issues but this alone shouldn’t detour any future tenants from renting here. Although no apartment community is perfect the new management sure works on things that need to be done in a timely fashion. Based off my stay I believe that the management at HEB cares about their tenants and what they may experience while living here. They show this by communicating with tenants about certain issues such as hot ...water water and elevator failures.Property Manager Responded

No hot water and only one working elevator
May 9, 2023Over the past several months the hot water has not been functioning. There are four elevators, but only one works. Sometimes all four elevators stop working and people have to take the stairs. And this is an 18-story building.Property Manager Responded
