I rarely hear my neighbors due to the inner wall sound-proofing. The maintenance team is challenged by the age of the building. May 17, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comHistoric electric building may have had some rough patches in the past due to management issues but this alone shouldn’t detour any future tenants from renting here. Although no apartment community is perfect the new management sure works on things that need to be done in a timely fashion. Based off my stay I believe that the management at HEB cares about their tenants and what they may experience while living here. No hot water and only one working elevator
May 9, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comOver the past several months the hot water has not been functioning. There are four elevators, but only one works. Sometimes all four elevators stop working and people have to take the stairs. And this is an 18-story building.Property Manager Responded
