Horrible Apartment
September 21, 2021My boyfriend and I lived here for 12 months. It wasn’t until the 9th month that the ceiling had caved in and water drenched our apartment. We complained to leasing, but they did nothing. They had a contracting company come with 2 big fans to dry the carpet, but the roof in our apartment unit was never patched up for a good month. Black mold eventually took over the kitchen cabinet and closets. It was a horrible experience and I would t recommend Hillcrest to no one.Property Manager Responded

Millennia Housing has replaced management across the board, which includes a new property manager & leasing manager. We've made a lot of changes & continue to do more every day to improve the property & the experiences of our tenants. Again, I'm sorry that you had to deal with such a mess & I wish we could've been here then to deal with it properly.
