March 3, 2026 - Review from Apartments.com1st year here was peaceful. 2nd year was anything but. Now with the 5th property manager within a year things are finally getting addressed. Go Z! But, Hom Flats no longer meets our needs, we have decided to move out at the end of our lease. Good starter apartment. ADA apartments available. Pickle ball court and fenced in dog areas. Big courtyard and playground. Comfortable parking lot, neighbors will hit your car. Mailroom: USPS mail is always delivered correctly. Noise complaints will not be ...addressed. Anyone can come in/live with a resident many undesirables. Trash shoot inside the buildings: not available for over 1 1/2yrs. Firepit: not available for resident use, Game room: was destroyed by residents. Mailroom: the package concierge is rarely used by delivery services, the majority of packages end up strewn on the floor and many get stolen by neighbors or Falcon Wood residents in broad daylight. Warning: all the amenities they promise and you pay for are not actually available.Read More
