I brought my mom to tour this property last week. Stephanie was wonderful and full of information. She took her time with my mom and repeated anything that was necessary. My mom is on a fixed income so we are looking for something in her budget. Stephanie is great so make sure you stop hiding her in the back.

It’s been a very long time since I’ve lived in an Apartment, probably 43 years. No excessive noice, or nighttime drive stones. The office staff is very friendly and these days find an apartment that accepts pets and smokers is nice since I’m both.
The only real complaint is folks throwing their trash wherever they want on the weekends, but management is right on it and gets the maintenance staff right on it.
It’s located between two shopping center on Portsmouth Blvd & Airline Road. All in ...
All I find it’s 1-bedroom Apartment more then meets my needs.

When management is worst expect the worst, been here for more than two years and they have changed management like baby diapers. They don't care about anything but signing contract and the payment , they will call you write you letters when they need money. Call them for the apt issues you'll wait as if waiting for tortoise coming from 100 miles away!! I recommend finding another place but not this horrible building with a lot of roaches.I suppose these other reviews are from employees.

The Apartments are very spacious and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. The Maintanence manager Wendy is awesome and the property manager penny ia very helpful with explaining things. The rental agent Amber however is HORRIBLE! She gets a nasty attitude on the phone everytime I have to speak with her. They over charge for water then had the nerve to have the laundry room down the whole time I lived there and still charged me to have a unit in my place. I paid 100 dollars a month for water and ...
spent less than 10 hours a day in my place! These apartments are overpriced! They lack updated bathrooms and dishwashers! My stove would wable around when being used. My house smelled like cigarettes from the ppl below me. They have a nat problem in the hallways and myself and my neighbor had to constantly kill and clean swarms of nats. They lied on my final bill twice but would only admit to one inconsistency. I would not recommend anyone to move in here until the come up with a fair billing arrangement and fix these rinky dink apartments.

Currently leased a 1bdrm apt here and a month into the lease and Im having issues with maintenance doing unprofessional jobs covering up holes in the walls by using a torn board and nailed it over top of the hole. Then they advertise that water, trash, and sewer is included thats a lie they bill you with your rent for the water, trash, and sewer so thats not included. Will not be here for next yr. not really a good place to live the property management could definetely do better.

I love my 1 bedroom with a den most places don't offer a Floorplan like this so I was excited when I came across hodges manor apartments ! Since moving in I don't have one complaint . My neighbors mind their business and they don't disturb me and I love going to pool just to hang out when I'm not working . I came in on a awesome special and got $100 off for the first 2 months .

We are a military family who moved from Texas and needed something right away and the ladies in the office met our exceeded our needs and really went above and beyond . I think many of these reviews must be from employees or the owner. Went to visit my mother who moved in a few months ago and she had no heat for the past 3 weeks. The maintenance lady said they had budget problems and could only buy so much at a time when things break. As for the well kept grounds that's another joke. I am going to try and get my mother out of her lease, she cannot live this way. Also the buildings must have been built back in the late 50s very old property.
