So Many Issues
December 24, 2023I moved in almost a year ago. The previous tenants were smokers, I was not told this. The walls are disgusting and the unit is falling apart. I need new windows as they have no insulation and are cracking. My closet doors are constantly falling apart. I have had people come out twice to fix them. They are still broken. The wall behind my stove had a huge hole in it. All they did was tape it up and paint over it. The ownership is constantly changing which means you are always needing to change how ...you pay, how you register for parking, and who you contact. It's a constant mess. Police and EMS are always here. I do not recommend living here.Property Manager Responded

Red flags flying high
March 16, 2023They only offer "self guided tours" that require you to give credit card information. On top of that, we attempted to talk to who we assume is a property manager in the front office, who briskly and half heartedly brushed us off completely. They don't do anything related to the property on site, as we were told in our very brief interaction, everything including leasing is done strictly online. In addition, when we tried to do a tour, the code they sent did not work. That's way to many red flags ...for me and my wife.Property Manager Responded

I love it
January 11, 2021I moved here at the end of October 2020. The entire process was smooth. From the time I applied to when I moved in. I had a lot of questions when I was approved and Cynthia didn’t hesitate to answer every one of them. Once I got closer to my move in date Corrine began assisting. When I first moved in I noticed the shower head was leaking and I didn’t feel the heat was turning on so I called maintenance. Once I hung up from them someone was knocking on my door to resolve the issue. They are ...renovating and trying to make it look really nice. It’s pretty quiet but every now and again you might here the kids outside playing around. I would highly recommend.Property Manager Responded

Great management & nice renovations
November 18, 2020Management is nice and communicates efficiently through the app/portal and email. The maintenance team is super fast and really nice as well! Since I moved in at the end of April 2020, management has replaced all the awnings over our doors and just added lines so that Comcast internet is an option (previously was only at&t). The interiors of the renovated units are really nice-looking and modern. The only issue for me is that the kitchen is REALLY small. Very little counter space and cabinet ...space. But the appliances are new and the stove is gas, so that’s great. The laundry is a win and a lose all in one...it’s conveniently paid through an app (no quarters!) and reasonably priced, but it’s not in the same building as my apartment! We have about a 30-second walk 2 buildings down to get there which sucks in bad weather. Luckily the app tells you the status of your clothes and if there are washers/dryers open. Haven’t had issues with neighbors; everyone seems nice and no one is too loud. We love the location and would want to stay here if we can but may move out at the end of our lease because we want a larger kitchen and closer laundry. But overall it’s a great apartment complex and we definitely recommend it!Property Manager Responded

Nice, quiet, and safe community
July 29, 2019I have lived here for about two years and I can honestly say my experience has been positive. The area is very quiet and has a safe and comfortable feel to it, even walking in the parking lot at night. Everything, stores, schools, activities, etc. are within 10 minutes away. The new website really makes you feel like part of a community. Free online rent payments is a great bonus as well. Parking is pretty decent as well. A little more difficult in the later hours of the night but that's ...expected anywhere. Definitely better than average. Staff has always been kind to me and have always been friendly and welcoming. I haven't really had any maintenance needed but when I did there was prompt and efficient response. If you're looking for a nice, safe, quiet area with a friendly community, this is it. I decided to drive out to Hoffman Estates to look around check out the area and also stop by the Apartments’s. I was glad that I stopped by even though I was a day early and cyndi was off that day. I was treated very well by Corrine. She was very helpful and took the time to make my appointment happen that day. She gave me a tour of the apartment and I was ...very impressed. Great Place to Live!!!
March 4, 2017I have lived at Autumn Chase since July 2016 after moving to Illinois from Florida for work. I walked into the Autumn Chase Apartments office to inquire about availability on a one-bedroom apartment. Cyndi and Corrine were both very pleasant and extremely helpful during my inquiry, which lead me fill out an application. Prior to applying here, I did visit a few other locations within 5 miles of this area. At some of these locations, the staff was not as pleasant and attentive as Cyndi and Corrine ...were at Autumn Chase. They were never rude or made me feel like I was bothering them for asking questions. The service, politeness, professionalism and attention they provided were one of the main reasons I choose this location. I recently changed from a one-bedroom unit to a 2-½-bedroom unit and they made the process very fast and simply. Only on one occasion did I feel to question the staff. My girlfriend called in to inquire about her application and someone was really rude to her. We weren't sure who it was but I don't believe it to be Cyndi or Corrine. The location is awesome by being close to plenty of restaurants and bars, Woodfield Mall, a lot of parks, safe and quite neighborhoods, church and grocery stores. The highways are really close by including toll road I-90. I can’t say enough about how thankful I am to have Cyndi and Corrine assist me during my relocation process to my new home. I had only one maintenance issue since my time here regarding a leak in which I thought was coming from beneath my bathroom sink. I called in the morning and when I got home after work in the afternoon, they replaced the toilet which was the case of the leak. Great place!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great pricing, Great management/maintenance and Great location
February 16, 2017I have lived here for over a year and have had nothing but a positive experience. The pricing is reasonable. The staff is always friendly and knows me by name when I come in to pay rent or fill up my laundry card. And they always respond promptly to any maintenance concerns. If you have kids there are kids on the property to interact with and the school system is fabulous. My kids argue about who has the best teacher. All in all it has been a great place to call home. Nice apartments with prompt maintenance support. People in leasing office have been friendly as well. Apartment location is great. Near by school and grocery shops. December 6, 2015When I first start looking for an apartment I went on here to find something close by the area from my job.It wasnt a easy thing honestly it was a lot of work and a hard time looking for an apartment. But I looked in a lot of places but when I finally reach out to the property I went to see the place.And as soon as I step into the apartment It felt like home. The prices was reasonable for everything that was included in the rent.I like the realtors that I worked with they were friendly, ...understanding, and very helpful in my journey in finding an apartment for my daughter and I. The apartments are very clean, nice, and very convenient for every resident. There are places you can go out to eat, shop, swimming pool outside, and you can wash your clothes in or around your apartment.
