as loud as the day I emailed the leasing office about them. Over the summer, I emailed maintenance for a POTENTIAL water leak on our hot water tank. There was no water actively leaking from it, no puddles anywhere. I just wanted someone to come and take a look at it. The next day, maintenance came by to look at it, but never left a note or told anyone that they were coming by - I only knew they were in our apartment because the camera picked them up. When I called the front office to ask if anything was wrong with it, I was reamed out stating "you need to call the emergency line for things like this, this is unacceptable". Mind you, this was 100% a minor issue, and our first time ever needing maintenance to come by. We live right next to the playground, so expect screaming screeching kids until 10PM when it's nice outside. Everyone slams the door to the building and screams and yells in the hallways outside people's doors, which is a lot of fun when you work 12 hour hospital shifts & need to be up for work at 5AM. We're getting out of here as soon as we can. If you have the option to move here, don't.
