    Sold my home in February 2021 and moved into this property till I can build again. Just renewed my lease given the market. The front office and Manger were very helpful and accommodating. Any issues during my 1st year, maintenance crew took care of in a timely manner. Anyone looking to rent should consider this property.

    Moving into an apartment from a home was stressful for me but at hollidaysburg manor it was an easy transition. The apartment feels very homey with upgrades throughout. There’s no stress living here. If I have any problems the staff are quick to fix them and make sure I’m taken care of. I would recommend living here to anyone.

    Overall good experience from start to finish. I moved to hollidaysburg from a different state. The office staff was super helpful in assisting me in choosing a unit to best suit my needs. My unit was spacious and clean and has washer/dryer. I’ve had a couple maintenance issues and they were handled right away. I’ve used the gym several times and I’m looking forward to the pool this summer. Area is nice and well kept and quiet. My cat was also welcome!!

    I lived here 3 years ago, I had a job transfer to the Altoona area and my employer referred me to Hollidaysburg Manor. I enjoyed the small town feeling and my peaceful apartment facing the woods. This is a place you shouldn’t pass up!

    Carpet was nasty and it stank when I moved in, I can hear every word of my neighbors conversations, very poor insulation at the front door, old and tired appliances. On top of that, it's overpriced and the management treats you like inmates. Just move in somewhere else.

    Was informed the pool of this complex will be closing. Major disappointment. Will be looking elsewhere for a place to live.
