We applied sight unseen, had high hopes, and when we actually saw the apartment for the first time we immediately fell in love. The building is super clean, very well maintained, and very secure!

Great place to live if you want to be in the hustle and bustle on the west side of PDX

I lived in this apartment for 3 years and don’t have plans to move. The location is great, right in downtown, with easy access to public transportation, bars, restaurants, and etc within walking distance. Building itself is nice with a nice interior rooftop. Don’t expect mountain view though. Appliance are good, they have gas stoves which I prefer much more than electric and washer and dryers work just fine, no issues. Big props to the building staff, they’re fantastic and make living here ...

I just want it to be known that I love the staff at Alta Peak from Kendra when she was still here to Dora and now Pak. All are super helpful and very friendly and customer service oriented. Gustavo is great and also very responsive and helpful.

I toured the Alta Peaks on February 22nd with Dora. I immediately fell in love with the building and the area. About a month later I had my apartment reserved and here I am today all moved in and loving everyday so far. I had one maintenance issue and they where here first thing Monday morning to take care of it. I called and asked for pictures of my view from my apartment was told no problem and 10 minutes later they were E-mailed (Thank you Kendra). See myself being here for awhile and ...
