We applied sight unseen, had high hopes, and when we actually saw the apartment for the first time we immediately fell in love. Great place to live if you want to be in the hustle and bustle on the west side of PDX
August 3, 2025I lived in this apartment for 3 years and don’t have plans to move. The location is great, right in downtown, with easy access to public transportation, bars, restaurants, and etc within walking distance. Building itself is nice with a nice interior rooftop. Don’t expect mountain view though. Appliance are good, they have gas stoves which I prefer much more than electric and washer and dryers work just fine, no issues. Big props to the building staff, they’re fantastic and make living here ...great. Thanks to Dora and Kendra for all their help and always being friendly. Can’t Go Wrong!
May 4, 2025I toured the Alta Peaks on February 22nd with Dora. I immediately fell in love with the building and the area. About a month later I had my apartment reserved and here I am today all moved in and loving everyday so far. I had one maintenance issue and they where here first thing Monday morning to take care of it. I called and asked for pictures of my view from my apartment was told no problem and 10 minutes later they were E-mailed (Thank you Kendra).
