My mother and I put an Application in two weeks after they started the process of doing applications because of COVID and we haven’t heard ANYTHING back. And now there’s none available? Are you kidding me? We have been patient and called to check up every time it’s a different excuse.

I put in a application March 13, 2020 and they are just began processing my application on Monday, April 6, 2020. I called today to check status and lady answered phone refused to give me status, was unprofessional and rude, Everytime I call, so irritating and no compassion during this time we are in!

Scheduled a tour and when I showed up they told me they had no idea who scheduled the tour and that their office was currently closed. The person who answered the door to the office when I knocked was not very nice or professional either.
