There have been recurring problems with the property and amenities, including the pool, along with ongoing concerns about maintenance and management responsiveness. In the past year the quality of this once "luxury" establishment has plummeted. Apart from the terminally non-functional amenities, even the most basic expectations of cleanliness have failed to have been met. Garbage routinely lines the streets, common areas are vandalized, and vermin are seen both in and outside of the buildings. The management of this complex is a disgrace.

There are a lot of things that have gone down hill. Carpet in building used to be cleaned about every other month and haven't been cleaned in months and are nasty and stained. Grill areas need a good cleaning. Mostly I'm referring to the area surrounding the grills. The surfaces are black with grease. Your own policies don't get enforced. For example, bringing your trash can in at the end of each night of trash pick up. Building 1-119 NEVER brings their trash inside.

There are several things that can be improved. Carpets used to be shampooed quite regularly and they haven't been done in a while and look pretty dirty. For some reason many of your policies aren't being enforced. For example, our neighbor NEVER takes their trash bin inside the apartment. It's left outside their door all the time. 24/7.

The staff is always very nice and the property and everything is good. You don't hear any noise from the upstairs naibors. The only annoying thing is that the matinaince people don't let you know before they come knocking.
