I love living here!
March 28, 2025I have lived here almost 2 years now with my boyfriend and my cat and it has been perfect. The staff are amazing, they like to host cute events. It is also close to the college I go to and right next to a beautiful park. I surprisingly also love that it is next to the highway because I can get anywhere I need to very fast. You pay for what you get
May 26, 2024If you want to deal with the hot water always random going off without any warning and bugs then this is right place for you. Sure it's cheap I guess, but it really is not worth the hassle whatsoever. This is coming from someone who has lived her for 3 years.Property Manager Responded

After working with multiple vendors and upon further inspection over the past few months, we discovered the hot water issues were caused by a hairline fracture on a control board to our boiler system. We have cleaned and serviced the boiler and had the new part installed as of September 18th, 2024. We hope that going forward these issues will no longer be an issue and we hope that your time spent here at Hollyhills ends up full of great memories with friends and loved ones. Great Living Spaces
January 17, 2021Holly Hills is a quite community that is one of the most affordable places to live in Denton. I moved during the summer and the apartment staff were happy to help get all paperwork and walkthroughs done safely. The apartment is large enough for both my boyfriend and I to work from home and not be in ‘hearing’ space of each other, which is an added plus. Any maintenance problems that we had, even a weekend emergency call, have been handled quickly.Review from Apartments.com

December 22, 2020My husband and I have loved living here. The women in the office are so friendly and helpful and made the move in process so easy. If we ever have a problem with anything, they are quick to fix it and they communicate to make sure we know what's going on. (I.e. no inconvenient, surprise visits because they want us to feel comfortable.) The location is also a huge plus, since it's so close to Southlakes Park and 35. LOVE HOLLY HILLS
December 17, 2020I rented from them in 2017 and stayed with them up until Feb 2020. When my lease was up, I moved away for 6 months and I came right back. Wouldn't Choose Anywhere Else to Live in Denton
November 23, 2020I've lived at Holly Hills Apt since I was a graduate student at TWU. I was looking for something in my price range with plenty of space and not so close to campus that I could hear the UNT games, but close enough to be a short ride away on the bus route. Holly Hills met all of my requirements. Not only is it the best price per square footage, but I've always had positive experiences with the management team.
