If I could give this place zero stars I would
July 21, 2025By far the absolute worst place I have lived at. They never answer when you call. If you need repairs good luck getting them done, they will just say they will put it one the list. Raises your rent every year but does nothing to your apartment. The maintenance man is seen at all hours of the night just walking around. Cars get broken into at least once a month. They had guys come in to do the deck and left nails and saw blades in the grass. Downstairs storage area leaks all the time so your stuff ...will get ruined by water and mold. good place for a good price
January 5, 2022apartment was clean and spacious as well as pretty cheap considering the great location right next too downtown holly and just a short distance from Fenton, grand blanc, Waterford, and highland. the office manager Michelle was super helpful during the length of my stay as well as after i moved, would definitely move back if I found myself in need of an apartment.Property Manager Responded

Perfect location
July 15, 2021I just love the location of this property. The beaches are just minutes away, and shopping is within walking distance. The manager Michelle was pleasant and soundedthrilledthat I called. Every other place I called acted like I was wasting their time (because nothing was available)Even though there's is nothing available right now Michelle was still happy to help. EXCELLLENT STAFF 5 STARS
November 30, 2018We moved here March 2 ,2018 an we love it here. An I have plans on staying here. The staff in the office an maintenance guys are so wonderful. You couldn't ask for any better. If any thing gone wrong I got ahold of office an maintenance guy was here to fix what went wrong with no problem. Very nice community good neighbors. I give Holly Ridge Apartments a rating 5 stars. I would tell people to come here an rent. You got everything real close you have 2 gas station on each corner you have cvs, ...rite ade an holly market, McDonald's, pizza place an you are very close to beautiful down town Holly with lots of store an post office. Nichole an Katie are Great in office an Great people too. Maintenance guys are great has well. The rent is a awesome price. So yes I would tell people to come here. Poor Maintenance
July 18, 2017When I moved in I was told that having a pet was $20 extra a month, it was also written in my lease yet when I adopted my cat they charged me $25 and when I pointed out my lease says $20 they told me that it had gone up since I signed my lease and I just had to deal with it. Also I don't even call maintenance anymore, my dad fixes the things that don't coat money for me, I reported to them that a board off the railing from the balcony had blown off in a storm, it has been almost 6 months since ...the storm and it's still not fixed. I was also told that all the carpet was replaced in the units before new tenants moved in, ours was not, along with the cracked tiles in the kitchen and numerous holes still in some of the walls; oh yeah and the exposed nails where the carpet transitions to tile that they won't put a cover over.Property Manager Responded

Time to look for something new
August 22, 2014Neighbors are loud and beg for money. Maintenance and manager say they will fix things, been 6 months and haven't received anything or any fixing! Complaints about minor things but big things never fixed! Was nice the first couple months then just turned bad, have a few months left on lease but looking for a new place!
