Holly Tree Apartments are jam-packed with the flexibility and convenient storage options you can’t find in smaller apartment communities. Holly Tree has balconies, walk-in closets, and outside storage options for each of its floor plans. Our smaller units are junior bedrooms (442 square feet) that feature an open floor plan with a half wall separating the bedroom and living areas. Modest, but lovely

I have lived at Hollytree for nearly a year now, and I love it! It’s a small complex so Sylvia and the rest of management team actually know their residents, and they don’t try to hound residents for extra fees. And the office is onsite—super convenient. Unlike most complexes in the Denton area, Hollytree is a great place to live be for the price. My efficiency is cozy and perfect for one. When I moved in, it was clear they’d just cleaned the carpets. The water pressure/temperature is perfect! ...

And maintenance is responsive, when a problem occurs (which is rare). Pest control is great, too! I’ve never seen a bug in my apartment. I cold go on and on.
