We love living here. The property manager is great, always communicative and keeps the common areas very clean. I would definitely recommend living here.

Beautiful views, clean communal spaces, efficient management

The Homeroom is a wonderful place to live. The manager is readily available as needed, and takes excellent care of the communal spaces. The lobby, windows and elevator are always so clean - as a quasi germophobe I deeply appreciate it. The place seems to sparkle and the pretty bouquets make me feel I'm home by just entering the lobby. Secure, covered parking and modern appliances which run QUIETLY don't hurt either.

Great Tour

Currently in search for a new apartment. The young man Nick who gave me my tour was extremely pleasant and professional. While trying to schedule a tour, Nick was quick to answer not only availability but questions I had before touring. When we finally figured out a time for the tour, it was quite fun. Compared to the last time I rented, this was much less of a migraine. I still haven't figured out where I'd like to go, but I felt the need to leave a reply because I myself work in a customer ...
