This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. The office staff (Maria and Elizabeth) are extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and has a lot of short distance shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools.

Awesome staff, you can tell they really enjoy their job and helping people feel comfortable in their apartments. I went on a tour today and my tour guide was amazing. Terrible management. Have complained multiple times and still nothing done. Constantly smell weed from upstairs apartment. Upstair neighbors constantly stomp and knock stuff off our walls. Trying to get a hold of whoever owns it to complain since management does nothing. Would not reccomend.

Moved in rather quickly, love the amenities, pool, gym and close distance to shopping and restaurants. The office staff and maintenance are professional and prompt. I definitely recommend living here if you are in Hobbs.
