We couldn’t take it anymore. Tenants constantly speeding, causing very unsafe condition for our children (& us as well). Noisy upstairs neighbors refusing to obey rules in lease while you can hear normal levels of conversation due to obviously cheap construction. The apartments have cheap carpeting & fixtures. Bugs bugs bugs! Everyone has them… house centipedes, ants, etc. Kids running wild, unsupervised by parents. Adiós!

Cheapest landlord in the world. This place is quite literally falling apart. Bricks are crumbling, windows leak, even the roadway in the complex is crumbling. Couple all of that with the fact that when your upstairs (or downstairs) neighbor speaks, you can hear virtually every word. An absolutely horrible living experience, so glad we moved elsewhere. Good Luck.

I have lived in a two bed room nearly one year. When I entered, I liked the cleanness. New carpet was installed, walls were painted. Bathroom and kitchen are clean. All facilities, washer, dryer, dish washer, refrigerator, etc. are in good condition.
What I love most is it is kid-friendly. There are many kids in a community, and they play together after school. It is very convenient that school buses stop at the entrance of community on Central ave.

others' comment on slow maintenance, but in my case, they came within a week. For emergency situation, such as heating, they came right away and fixed the problem.

The apartment unit that we lived in was newly renovated with new carpet, new kitchen etc. We were very satisfied with this apartment. The living room and the master bedroom are very spacious and clean. The neighbors are friendly. The facility staff came fast to fix any problem that we reported. The elementary school where my kid goes is just around the corner. It's also walkable distance to the train station. I commuted to NYC by taking the train. I'd recommend this apartment for sure.

worst land lord , cheap quality homes, no customer service. can not wait to get lease over.
my 'brand' new home has leaking toilet flushes , bugs in carpets, ants running on floor and bricks coming of the walk-way !!
I put 10 work orders and over last month , no one bothers to come and fix them.

Stay here only if you want
1. landlord who cares only for your rent and nothing else
2. very old apartments with dirty carpets , decades old non-working appliances
3. noisy neighbors.
4. maintenance department who does not care no matter how urgent is issue.
5. no on-site super ( you have to keep calling call center with 30 min of hold-time
